ABC Auto Glass warrants that the installation of new automotive glass will be free from defects in material and workmanship from the date of installation, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this Limited Lifetime Warranty. For as long as you own the vehicle into which the glass was installed, ABC Auto Glass will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any issues caused by installation errors, including but not limited to water or air leaks, loose moldings, and certain types of stress cracks, at no cost to you. This warranty covers defects directly attributable to our workmanship.
ADAS Calibration Coverage
If your vehicle is equipped with Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) requiring recalibration following the replacement or repair of automotive glass, ABC Auto Glass will perform or arrange for such recalibration services as part of our warranty. This warranty applies solely to calibration work performed or arranged by ABC Auto Glass and does not extend to subsequent calibration needs resulting from factors such as accidents, impacts, modifications, or tampering.
Exclusions
This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by pre-existing rust, corrosion, structural damage, or other conditions unrelated to the glass installation.
Leakage, stress cracks, or other issues resulting from impacts, vandalism, or incidents not associated with installation workmanship.
Breakage that occurs during the attempted repair of rock chips or other damages caused by impacts or vandalism when such services are requested by the customer.
Claims Process
To file a claim under this warranty, you must present your original invoice as proof of installation by ABC Auto Glass. The warranty is non-transferable and applies exclusively to the original vehicle owner.
Exclusive Remedy
The repair or replacement of automotive glass, including associated ADAS calibration, under this Limited Lifetime Warranty constitutes the sole and exclusive remedy available to you. This warranty will be deemed valid and effective as long as ABC Auto Glass remains willing and able to provide such repair or replacement services.
Limitation of Liability
This Limited Warranty is offered in lieu of all other warranties, whether express or implied, statutory or otherwise, including without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. ABC Auto Glass disclaims any oral or written statements inconsistent with this warranty. No agent or representative of ABC Auto Glass is authorized to modify the terms of this warranty.
Warranty Voiding Conditions
This warranty will be automatically voided if any attempt to repair or modify the installed automotive glass, including ADAS calibration, is made by any party other than ABC Auto Glass.
